Bunny Bliss: My Enchanting Visit to the Bunny Museum

Writer's picture: Jodi JillJodi Jill

The Bunny Museum? Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles lies a hidden gem that promises to enchant and delight visitors of all ages: the Bunny Museum.

Bunny Museum Bliss

Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood, this charming haven celebrates the whimsical world of bunnies in a way that is both magical and unforgettable. As a fervent admirer of all things cute and cuddly, my recent visit to the Bunny Museum was nothing short of a dream come true.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by an overwhelming sense of joy and wonder. The walls adorned with bunny-themed artwork, shelves brimming with bunny figurines of every shape and size, and a delightful array of bunny memorabilia meticulously curated over the years—all of it combined to create an atmosphere that was truly enchanting.

One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to see all the museum's owners, Candace Frazee and Steve Lubanski, offered for guests to take a look at. And there is a lot of BUNNY stuff!

Passion for Bunny Love is Infectious

Their passion for bunnies is infectious, and it was evident in every aspect of the museum. Their collection began modestly with a few bunny-themed items exchanged as gifts, eventually snowballing into a vast assemblage that once held the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of rabbit-related memorabilia.

Wandering through the museum's various rooms, I felt like Alice in Wonderland, discovering one delightful surprise after another. From vintage bunny toys to intricately crafted Easter decorations, each exhibit offered a glimpse into the rich history and cultural significance of these beloved creatures.

Unique Tourist Spot Only Found In Los Angeles

As I explored the museum further, I couldn't help but admire the dedication and love poured into every detail. Every corner seemed to hold a new treasure waiting to be discovered, whether it was a whimsical diorama depicting bunnies at play or a heartfelt note from a visitor expressing their adoration for all things bunny-related.

Of course, no visit to the Bunny Museum would be complete without spending time in the gift shop. The museum is home to a charming designated area where you can buy some bunny stuff to take home and it was delightful stop for visitors.

As I reluctantly bid farewell to the Bunny Museum, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the experience. In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, the museum offers a welcome respite—a place where laughter reigns supreme, and the simple pleasures of life are celebrated with unabashed enthusiasm. And bunny fun was found.

My visit to the Bunny Museum was more than just a tourist attraction; it was a journey into the whimsical world of bunnies - a world where love knows no bounds and happiness is measured in bunny hops and ear wiggles.

Bye, Bye, Bunny: I will Be Back Soon

It's a place I will carry in my heart forever, and I eagerly anticipate the day when I can return to once again explore the bunny life. Of course, I can hardly wait for my pals to visit Los Angeles this summer as the first stop will be the Bunny Museum
